I thought this would leave my hair soft and manageable, it doesn’t. It has a weird, waxy consistency. My hair is dry and not very conditioned after use. I don’t recommend it, this is a very strange product. They definitely need to reformulate it.

BEST CONDITIONER EVER HANDS DOWN!! I have color-treated, blonde, dry and frizzy hair. This stuff makes my hair soooo smooth and silky!! I recommend using a different shampoo though, as the Bumble and Bumble Creme de Coco Shampoo is somewhat drying if you have dry hair like me.

Leaves my hair feeling extra dry and extremely knotty. Wish I could return it.

I have used B&B products before but I was SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED in this. I have blonde thick hair, and after using this, I could not even get a comb through my hair without it ripping it out!

This conditioner manages to somehow be both drying and heavy in my hair, so I only use it (and the matching shampoo) every now and then to try to use it up. I also notice that it foams up and takes a lot of rinsing to get it out.

Use this on my blonde ombré in the winter for added moisture, love the way it leaves my hair feeling hydrated. The smell is heavenly! Couple this with the shampoo and it’s a perfect combo.

Smells amazing, but will not rinse out of hair and leaves a waxy residue. Hoping they can improve this product so we can come back to it….

I have used this product for YEARS, and have been purchasing the 1L bottles because it was more cost effective. I couldn't believe all of the horrible reviews when I purchased again, because this always worked great for me. But the formula must have been changed since my last purchase, because I had to return this. It was awful, and didn't do anything for my hair. I kept thinking it was in my head because I noticed the reviews, but after trying a few times, I returned it.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Absolute garbage. Destroyed my hair, felt terrible after. Somehow made my hair feel greasy and dry at the same time. Actually returned this after 1 use, which I never, ever do. Don't waste your money purchasing this, the only thing it has going for it is the scent (which is fabulous), what a shame. For perspective, I have relatively long hair that is straight to wavy and dark blonde with some blonde highlights. I usually use Kerastase and Olaplex--- I wanted to try something different, but will stick to them from now on. I really just wanted to write this review so other people have an honest opinion on the product.
