I was so excited to get this as a gift for my birthday and it’s already gone out! I used less than a dozen times and one day it wouldn’t come on I tried everything and nothing! For something so expensive, you think it would last a lot longer. So disappointing.

I’ve had this dryer for over 2 years and it works so good! I’ve never had any issues with it shutting down or not working just clean it frequently and the bottom filter too. I have long thick curly hair it leaves my hair frizz free and with a good shine. I definitely recommend using this for a quick blowout!

Didn’t last very long, sadly. Blow dryer brush started to tear at the cord and stopped working.

Can’t say enough good things about this brush. Only downside it overheats if it’s turned on for too long, if you keep that in mind it will last you forever and not break like many people say. Also, your hair needs to be 60% dry before you style it

I had two of these 1.0 and 2.0. the first one burned out and customer service sent me the replacement. I've learned a few things. First, your hair needs to be semi dry, this is a styling tool, not a blow-dryer. So you have to air dry or blow dry your hair until it’s not too wet anymore. Second, if you turn it on and use continuously the tool gets very hot and the fuse can overheat and burn out. Many people write that it stops working. So, what I do now is I straighten a section of hair, turn it off while I’m separating another part of hair, the style that section. This way while I’m styling my entire head, I keep it ON and OFF and it prevents it from overheating. I’ve been using this brush for 5 years now after every wash and no issues.

I absolutely loved this brush and styler. It worked perfectly for about 2 years where I used it once a week on average, my hair is very thick, wavy and frizzy and I got perfectly straight hair that would last, and didnt fry my hair at all. I always get compliments on how healthy my hair is. Unfortunately last week it just died and stopped working. The reset button doesn't work to fix it. It's just dead it seems. Sad..

Like a bunch of people have said already…it works great until it doesn’t. Mine lasted for about year with light use, maybe once a week, and then one day it just died.

Set time for long thick hair is drastically reduced so that’s fantastic. However if you try to style your hair with this (or at least mine) the styles don’t hold. Also the first one I bought stopped working after 3 weeks and the second one just stopped working after less than two years…so make INO’s that what you will.

i purchased this dryer a little over a year ago and maybe used it once a week for the time i’ve had it. i am bummed out that i am now having to find a new dryer brush due to the poor quality/longevity of this product. the bristles have been falling out for months and its past the point of saving. bummerrrr regulsrly falling out

Really wanted to love this blow dryer but used it for the first time last night and my entire house reeked of plastic after and so did my hair 😖. Absolute bummer and 100% not worth the money.
