I’d give zero if I could. Upon opening I attempted to attached one of the styling ends. Falls basically right back out. Try the others. Same thing. I’m so glad I didn’t have it hot and trying it before that happened. Almost certainly would have burned myself. Returning.
Don't buy this. Expensive piece of junk. Broken in less than a year with very seldom use. It is under warranty but Drybar is requiring a receipt and Sephora is refusing to provide one.
Worked well but just spontaneously stopped working on any attachment. I would not buy this product at this price point again.
I should have listened to other reviews rather than just taking the risk because I wanted it. This product is absolute garbage. I used it ONCE and it immediately stopped working. I tried different plugs, but only one attachment would work and it would keep instantaneously shutting off. I bought it before travelling abroad so could not return it. The WORST purchase I have ever made. Don't be like me and ignore these reviews. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Product was great until it short circuited itself and almost caused a fire after 2 years, just missed the warranty cut off and drybar will do nothing to help! Given the many similar reviews… avoid at all costs.
