I had hormonal acne and tried everything from ProActiv to every prescription my dermatologist could recommend. Nothing worked, so I eventually went on Accutane. It helped, but about a year after stopping it my acne started coming back. By chance, I picked this up because it was on sale and I needed something to calm my skin before my dermatologist appointment for another Accutane prescription. To my surprise, not only did it calm my breakouts, but it eventually helped stop new ones from forming. At first it felt really heavy and sticky, but over time your skin adjusts to it and it ends up feeling sooo soothing. A little goes a long way! This is my 🐐 and I recommend it to everyone struggling with acne.

Used it for the first time ever before going to bed, woke up with breakouts all over my forehead. The cream didn’t really help with redness either. My skin is normally tough and rarely breaks out, which is why I’m surprised this cream caused a reaction overnight

I have to tell you I never really look at Dr.Jart when it comes to redness only more for giving me that glow. But I have rosacea, sensitive skin and I’m also very wary of the products I choose. It’s cooling and very nice

I was looking for a hydrating and soothing mask to use on nights I don't use a prescription acne gel. This did adress redness but not in an amazing way (still was pink in areas) and it was NOT hydrating at all, even over my usual hydrating routine. My chin and acne spots would be all scaly when I woke up. Used it a few times and I'll be returning it. Disappointed for the price point.

I purchased the whole cicapair sensitive skin line. I was having some serious issues with my skin lupus flare/rosacea/ allergic rxn we aren’t sure what caused it but my skin was in desperate need of some major help. Super red and extremely swollen. I purchased this line in hopes to help calm and at least soothe my skin. The only product that helped me get some sort of relief was this product- the cicapair mask! The only product I kept out of the whole line. Everything else burned so seriously bad. Like extremely bad. I returned everything but the mask as I had stuff already at home that would work better. I was so disappointed as I guess I had high expectations for getting some sort of relief.
