After using the tool only a handful of times it died. It staretd to smell like burning and even started smoking, almost starting a fire. not only a waste of money but a complete hazard. On top of that sephora wont give me a refudn becuase it has been more than 30 days.
I’ve always hated this hair dryer. While it does style hair nicely, it never stayed on. The turn knob at the bottom always switched off mid-blow dry. The Revlon brush works just as well and actually stays on while in use for a fraction of the cost. To top it all off, it exploded while I was drying my hair this morning. I’ve only had this for about a year or so. Honestly glad it croaked so I can get something else. Would not recommend.
Had for a year and a half, got hot, smelled smoke, saw sparks. Boooo. Don’t buy this dangerous safety hazard. The revlon one I used to have lasted me 6 years until I plugged it in to the wrong voltage. Going back.
I really liked this blowout brush for the year and a half that it worked but about a month ago, it started to not work as it had been. I cleaned it best I could and it helped, but yesterday, it completely stopped working mid use and had a burning smell.
It works fine but it totally just died after a year and a half. I got the Dyson on sale to replace it and it’s worlds better but, of course, in a completely different price range.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT IS GUARANTEED TO BREAK My lived experience as well as all the other 1 star reviews (there are a lot). Don’t get me wrong this thing is phenomenal when it works but I have had it for exactly 1 month and 3 days and now it has no heat…. And since it’s been 3 days after a month there is nothing Sephora will do besides give me 250 points.
I don’t recommend. I may have had a year and use only occasionally. It stopped working one day while using just zapped out? I have had a cheaper one before last years… and it worked better.
If I could give less stars I would, I received this and went to use same day, plugged in and it made a crazy noise and started smoking a lot and got scary hot, unplugged it immediately. Scary, will never purchase anything from that brand again never purchase
I had this for 2 years and the results were amazing but the cord would get so twisted it would pull the plug out of the wall and it was so twisted I almost had to untwist it every single pass through your hair. Then one day I was using it, iit sparked and started smoking while in my hair, and now it won’t turn on
This worked until it didn’t. Overall, it’s cheaply made, started to have a burning smell after a few uses and the handle got really hot. 1 year warranty is useless with Sephora so buy from their site if you still opt for it.
