I was so excited to try this so I bought it yesterday and as I opened it I realized the skin cream was open, not closed properly and dried out. So disappointed.
I really wanted to like it. You don’t need much of the cleanser as it lathers beautifully, it also smells amazing. Downside is it immediately made my skin itch and break out, not for my dry sensitive skin.
I tried both the Tatcha Rice Wash and Dewy Skin Cream, and they work really well for hydration. The cleanser is gentle and leaves my skin soft, while the moisturizer gives a nice glow and deep hydration. However, both products are on the expensive side, and the moisturizer can feel heavy for oily or acne-prone skin. Overall, I’d recommend this combo mainly for dry or normal skin types.

Good size to try out before splurging on the full size. The cleanser was gentle yet effective at exfoliating, I really liked it for my parched skin, and would consider getting it again. The moisturizer, however, made me break out (coming from someone who used body lotion to moisturize my face as a teen with no issues!) and pills over my hyaluronic serums. It might work for someone else with a different skin type and routine, but I personally won't be buying the moisturizer again.
Love this lil duo set! The rice cleanser smells divine and has a granular texture. Cleaned my skin nicely without leaving it feeling tight. Lasted me a good while too, since you only need a little bit. The cream is fantastic too!
I got this to try as I absolutely love the scent of the water cream. This rice wash was a big disappointment in the scent department. It smells like floor cleaner. I think it does a good job and didn't leave me dry, but the scent is a huge part of the experience for me. The Dewy cream is good on my dry skin but doesn't smell as pleasant to me as the water cream. I could use it in the winter, but for summer use I'll stick to the water cream.

i use the cleanser everyday , it leaves my skin hydrated . i have combination oily skin and i can easily break out. This cleanser and cream is amazing . it doenst make me break out and hydrated my skin really well
I first tried this product as a sample, and as soon as it ran out, I immediately ordered the full size. It cleanses perfectly, leaving a fresh, clean feeling without drying out the skin. The texture is lovely, and the scent is subtle and non-overwhelming.
