I’ve gone my entire life never hating a hair dryer until using this one. It’s a very expensive disaster. My hair is below my shoulders and the force of this thing is so ridiculous on two of the three settings that my hair constantly gets tangled, even when using a round brush or paddle brush while drying. After having this for a year, I’m giving up and buying a regular old hairdryer from a big box retailer today for 1/5 of the price.

Hmmm... Got this one based on all the positive online reviews... The drying and heat are good. The look and feel and size and weight are all good too. But the sound is bad. If you like to be reminded of your last dentist visit where they used a dentist drill while drying your hair, this is the one for you. Sad about it because I'm keeping it and I usually replace my hair dryer every 10+ years. I did get this one because it was low decibels, which is true, but did not know how it would sound like a drill.

This bar up within the first six months that I had it and I did pay $200 for it. I wouldn't buy this.

First, let me say, I love the size and weight of the dryer. I have fine, thin hair and it was taking forever to dry my hair. The air coming out is too forceful, even on low. If you shut off the hairdryer, you have to reset the heat and air settings. Very.

I am so happy Sephora now carries BaBylissPro products! This is my favorite hair dryer because of the amount of power this dryer has. It's light weight and easy to use. I love the dual ionic feature because it helps get rid of all the static in my hair in the cold dryer months. This is a great dryer for my thick straight hair because it dries my hair very quick! It's a very well made product and I recommend this dryer for anyone with thick hair that can with stand heat and strong power.
