My main criticism is the brush: it’s too large and pulls out too much product at one time, so I end up with smudges outside of my intended brow shape. And the smudges are really difficult to clean off my skin without having to start over entirely. If they’d just use the same smaller brush that’s in their other brow products, it would solve a lot of issues. My other criticism is that the formula is thick, causes my brow hairs to clump (because of the brush issue), and dries stiff. The color is ok, but a little darker and less warm than I was hoping. It’s a little difficult to remove. The positives: It lasts, and I don’t have issues with flaking.

Mistakenly thought I was buying the fiber brow gel which I love. This stuff goes on too thick, too much is coming out on the applicator. On the bright side, it seems super waterproof. I don’t mind a dark brow so it works for me, for now. I won’t be purchasing again.

I have thick, sometimes unruly eyebrows that need to be brushed up and could use color in some sparse areas. I used to use a regular brow gel with clear gel on top, and still use experienced problems keeping them in place. With this product, I no longer need a second step in my brow routine. I have received so many compliments on my brows since buying this product, and people have even asked me if I got them laminated. I will only use this on my brows from now on.

It’s terribly pigmented. In the photo, I barely touched my eyebrows with it. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks thinking I’d get the hang of it, but no — I end up having to wash everything off.

Amazing product with a learning curve. I have to remove excess product off first. Otherwise my brows end up looking crazy. After that, I’m good to go. Agreed with others they need to work on the packaging and brush! But I love how my brows look after.

This is the holy grail for sparse brows. Love it for a voluminous brow look but also an every day look as well. I just chose the wrong shade as this a bit too dark for my eyebrows and have already have the right shade in my cart now!

My go to brow product for thin sparse brows. Makes them look fuller. I’ve tried tons of brow products and this is the best one yet. Second tube had no issues with the applicator grabbing too much product. Seems like they fixed it.

Difficult to use and get an even application, have to apply with care. My brows are a thinner shape, the applicator doesn’t apply product consistently throughout the brow so it tends to look clumpy.

This is a great product for adding density to your brows quickly. I find this product is best worn on its own or paired with a fine felt tipped brow pen. If you layer with a brow pencil or pomade it ends up being too much product layered. Due to the style of brush and the thickness of the product it is very easy to be heavy handed. Because of this, I start with the mid brow to the tail then utilize the remaining product on the front of my brows. I work a busy retail schedule and this stays an entire shift, unless I wear my glasses, then it transfers onto my frames. Overall, I do really like this product, but it takes some care to apply evenly and doesn’t always play nice with others.

I have never left a product review but need to for this brow gel because it serves such a niche purpose that I do not think is being discussed (I heard about it through a random reddit comment). I have coarse brows that grow downward and have been searching as long as I’ve worn makeup for a brow product, preferably tinted, that would hold my brows up. I have tried every brow gel that is advertised as being strong hold, as well as soap, hair gel, and mascara. Until now, I only had limited success with a couple clear brow gels. This is the only product I have ever tried that actually holds my brows up until I wash it off. It is also a major plus for me that it is tinted, as I don’t feel like I have to fill my brows in. If you have heavy brows and are chasing that fluffy laminated look, and want a tint, this is the one and only thing that has ever worked for me. I will say the “tubing” formula does have the effect of emphasizing each brow hair almost like a mascara would, which is not for everyone. I like it, but it is unique. Also, the stopper is way too wide and causes the wand to dispense way too much product. The product sets pretty quickly, so if you over apply, it’s very hard to undo. Still, those are small prices to pay to finally have found a product that works for me.
