I have fine hair but a lot of it. This product is advertised for fine hair but it’s really not. My hair tangled like crazy, especially near the roots!! I used 3 pumps which is what they recommend. My hair felt veryyyy coarse after blow drying which is too bad because I used a deep conditioning mask before applying that always leaves my hair feeling silky smooth. Do not recommend at all lol

I have slightly wavy hair- this brought out my waves, smells amazing but not too overwhelming. A must have in my daily hair routine. I put it in my hair right after washing and towel drying, scrunched, and let air dry.

The formula works WONDERS for my fine, straight hair. I would rate this 5 stars for function alone, but… the smell is absolutely horrendous. It smells like a bargain basement dollar store household cleaner and the scent doesn’t fully go away when the product dries. For such a luxe brand, I just don’t get it.

Absolutely horrible. My hair is even drier and frizzier than before. This product doesn’t deserve even one star. It promises silky smooth hair but does exactly the opposite. I didn’t receive a free product unlike most other reviews so this is an honest review. Don’t waste your money

I think this foam is AMAZING Doesn’t leave a sticky residue on your hands, smells great, and doesn’t leave hair crispy. Works as a heat protectant when styling my hair, absolutely love

I faithfully use and love Davines OI 4-in-1 Milk, but sometimes it can be a bit heavy for my thin/fine hair so I thought the OI Soufflé would be perfect. It was nice…for about the first 3 uses. Hair looked shiny and felt soft BUT don’t expect a lot of added moisture or help with detangling, it did not provide either of those. After the first few uses, I noticed my hair becoming more dry and coarse; it wasn’t accepting conditioner as well, was overall harder to manage, and ends started to feel like straw. For reference, I wash my hair 3 times a week and was using 2 pumps of soufflé + my regular Kerastase heat protectant. It took a heavy-duty clarifying treatment to get rid of whatever this soufflé was leaving on my hair. I discontinued using the soufflé and my hair is back to normal; haven’t had the problem again since. It’s a shame because this stuff really had potential. I typically love Davines, but I have found that some of their products simply do not mesh well with my porous hair. I’ll stick with the OI Milk from here on out!

I recently had the opportunity to try Davines OI Soufflé Bodifying Foam for the first time, and I'm impressed! My hair looks and feels amazing after using this. For reference, I have long hair down to the middle of my back. After washing, I apply 3-4 pumps to my towel-dried hair, focusing on the lengths and ends. After blowdrying, my hair has so much more volume and shine. I like that this acts as a heat protectant as well and protects hair up to 446°. I also like that it is very lightweight and doesn't weigh my hair down. This is a great addition to my haircare routine that I will continue using.

Keeping my hair from being frizz free is something I’ve battled my whole life.. but after trying this liquid to foam formulation my fizzy hair is under control and I couldn’t be happier. The fact that I can control my frizz and have a heat protection in one product makes it worth purchasing alone.
