Not sure how long it will last. Since opening out of package, when I open and close the clip using the handle, it makes a squeaking noise. My other clips from emi jay don’t do this. Looks like this one made poorly or defective spring. I saw other reviews of broken clips as well.
Very pretty clip, but unfortunately this clip broke a month and half after purchasing. Given the price of the clip, I’m not sure if I would repurchase again.
I love this clip!! I made medium long hair and it holds it all so well. I dress it up with my outfits but also use it to hold my hair back when doing my skincare. It doesn’t damage my hair either!! Love it so much and is an absolute must have! Could not recommend more
I am not often compelled to write reviews however this clip just does not do what it was marketed as. I have long, lower back length, hair that’s is on the thinner side. All of my can fit easily in one hand. This clip was NOT large enough to hold all of my hair up. It couldn’t even clip on, much less stay up. If you have long hair I recommend looking at larger clip brands like Chunkz.
Works well but looks nothing like the picture. A much more faded blue, yellow in some areas. Disappointing quality for the price.
More like medium size.. not big enough. My hair isn’t super thick either

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This clip is so cute!! It’s large enough to hold all of my hair up as well. I love the baby blue color and it goes with a lot of my outfits. It’s become one of my favorite claw clips to wear.
I have a lot of hair, it’s longish and straight so when I try to put all of it up like in one of the pictures, I have to put the clip sideways instead of just directly over like I normally would, but it still holds all day! it’s so pretty in person! 
I hate to write this because I honestly love most emi jay products. I love the brush and have a hair clip I love. But this one unfortunately came to me broken. I don’t believe this is something that happens often but I did have ti return this particular purchase
