I enjoy the hair clips but several gems fell out in less than 8 months. I emailed Emi jay hoping for some sort of support or even to have them ship the gems out to me so I can at least continue to use it. They showed no care or support and told me they can’t do anything and it’s not their problem. So I won’t purchase from them again.

the clip is so cute and feels prettt durable but it's literally so small 😭 i definitely cannot fit all my hair in it but it's great for a half up!!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] So the clip is cute. Won't lie, it's hard to open with one hand. So, let's start with the gems. The bigger gems are not set in the way the tiny gems are at the side and at the back of the clip. Look at the pictures for details.

I wasn’t planning to buy this but wow I’m so glad I did. It makes even a messy bun look cute. I get compliments every time I wear it. Love.

The design on this one is super cute and feels like good quality for a claw clip. It holds onto your hair much better and for longer than other clips too.

This hair clip is so pretty. It’s made well. I like how it has cherries on it. The only downside is that it’s a little small so if you have thick, long hair it might not grab onto your hair well. When I wore it I got compliments from others on the hair clip.

I was genuinely shocked despite the size of the clip, it can hold all of my hair and not budge for a whole day. I was shocked. Best hair clips ever unfortunately. BIG CONS FOR ME; I am disappointed that for the price, I bought a decent amount of different Emi jay hair clips and they always come with some imperfections compared to buying cheap ones. I know it’s handmade… but FOR THE PRICE?? I EXPECTED THIS TO BE PERFECT! This is an example, this is my third replacement btw and there’s so much glue on one of the gems and random tiny hairs trapped on the glazing of the hair clip front and back like it’s a landlord special. (Too small to see in camera but you can see one because it was also covered in glue.) The first and second one at arrival was same quality hairs and all… but the part where the spring goes a part of it was cracked. Must have returned 4 or 5 times not just this design, other designs combined trying to get a good quality. I don’t know if I’m unlucky or what. Why I put myself through that? Most of their hair clips are online only items so I couldn’t inspect before buying and it is also because of the hold. :’) Ugh I hate it and love it at the same time.
