I have very thick, somewhat course hair. This just didn’t work for me as I had thought. It didn’t flatten, nor smoothed out like my previous. I’ll be returning it n trying to find like the one I had.

Perfect size for curls or straight hair. Overall added alot of shine to my hair. It performed great and only needed 2 passes per section. It's not heavy or bulky. I really liked it.

[I received this product in exchange for my always honest review] For context, if I only blow my hair dry, it settles somewhere between frizz and folklore. So unless I want to look like a bridge troll, a flat iron isn’t optional for me. Years ago I bought a Dyson Corrale and justified the cost as an investment in not looking feral. So I wasn’t expecting the much less expensive Bio Ionic 10X Styler to rival it — but here we are. The Bio Ionic’s max heat is 450 degrees (I use a LOT of spendy heat protectant) and it has super smooth plates that straighten in one or two passes. These plates also have a setting to vibrate if you want, which sounded like a gimmick until my hair came out looking like it hired a publicist. The Bio Ionic also weighs much less than my Dyson, and it has a nice long cord. That said, once you’ve been spoiled by something cordless like the Dyson, it’s very hard not to be annoyed by having a cord at all. But overall, I’d say the Bio Ionic’s results are on par with my Dyson — and it costs a lot less. Recommended.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This heats up quicker than any stying tool I’ve ever owned! Which makes getting ready in the morning more easy. From a messy bun to sleek, soft and less frizzy hair so fast! I’ve done waves and straightened with it and either way the shape of handle, the sleek plates and the other features make my hair have this glossy almost glass like finish that I have never achieved at home. Having less frizz is crucial in the dry Midwest winter. Half the time my hair is up just because it’s a static frizz mess no matter what products I use. But a few passes of this and my hair lays nicely (or has amazing waves) without static or frizz. And the style lasts much longer than my other tools. Another thing I like is that the cord is long, and it has a swivel. If you’ve had products with a short cord or no swivel you know what a challenge they can be (especially when you’re half awake in the morning). So glad I added this to my hair tool collection. I find myself reaching for it more than the tools I had before it (which I did love!)

I especially am loving the vibrating plates , I feel that is what really gets my hair super straight and shiny . I love this product for being versatile and capable of creating different styles not just straightening.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This flat iron is futuristic, who knew they had the ability to vibrate! In researching ‘sonic vibrating plates’ I found they achieve high shine and smooth styles in which I instantly noticed after the first pass. You simply long press the power button to activate the vibrating feature and voila! Some other great aspects of design are the 4.5” long ceramic floating plates that glided through the hair like silk, the temperature quickly heating to 400 in about 60 seconds with a digital temp display of 450, its ability to remember the last heat setting used, automatic shut off after an hour and the company conveniently including a heat glove which was very thoughtful. All in all this flat iron is a 10/10 and worth investing.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This blow dryer did a fabulous number in my 4b/4c type hair. I used it to not only dry but start the straightening process. The handle is comfortable, it’s lightweight, and I feel like all of the settings fit my needs.
