I purchased this product for same-day pickup. Unfortunately, I didn't realize until the next day that one of the bottles was completely empty. I was very disappointed. I contacted customer service, but nothing was done as a courtesy. The representative told me I would have to drive back to the store to exchange or return it, even after I explained that the location is far from me. To make matters worse, the item is no longer in stock at that store, so making the trip would be pointless. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I expected better customer service and a more reasonable solution for receiving an empty product

it doesnt smell strong so at first i honestly thought it was just colored water

I love the perfume itself but I'm pretty sure the one I received was used. There wasn't any plasting wrapping (not sure if there should have been) and the top of the box had obviously been opened before. There was a pen mark on the front of the box. One of the perfumes looked like it had been pushed back into the casing and the fill levels are noticeably different in the two bottles. Too bad because this wasn't available in my store and I had to buy it online.

They are so mini lol, kinda strong but they smell really good!!

The Virtual Flower smells very strongly of black pepper. Over time the black pepper smell just gets stronger. It’s not pleasant at all. The other Original Paradox smells nicer, but so strong that it gives me headaches.
