[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This Bal d’Afrique EDP is one of those fragrances that feels effortlessly beautiful. It opens with a bright, fresh citrusy touch then softer,warmer and creamier on my skin. I get a beautiful mix of bergamot, neroli, soft florals,Cedarwood, vetiver and musk. The dry down is especially gorgeous - warm, smooth, slightly powdery and woody without ever feeling heavy. The Strength is moderate It has enough projection to be noticed. After a while, it stills on the skin and creates this really soft, beautiful scent. On my skin, it feels clean, warm, creamy and sunny. It has that affordless " you just natural smell amazing" quality. This scent is perfect for spring and summer but I will wear it all year around because I love it.It feels perfect for daytime, brunch, vacation, a casual date or simply when you want to smell elegant without trying to hard. Overall, it is elegant, warm, fresh, creamy and effortlessly luxurious.

BYREDO is not always my go to, and more times than not, I find they miss on their fragrance notes and diversifying from the top and base notes. Bal d’Afeique is a UNICORN. It’s floral, it’s woods, it’s masculine, it’s feminine- it’s everything I want in a fragrance and it fits that desire for every mood I’m in. I would highly recommend anyone to try this at first as a VOC, but if you’re going to blind buy any fragrance this year, this is the ONE!!

This is one of the best fragrances out there. I love it!! Nothing smells quite like it, very elevated scent. Only downside is the high price tag

Bal d’Afrique is a beautiful scent, although I’d call it more floral than woody & earthy, as Sephora classifies it. I have Bal d’Afrique and Mojave Ghost and I LOVE them both! Perfect for daily wear. I love many Byredo scents and am so happy that Sephora will carry it now!

ive never written a review before for sephora but I LOVE this perfume. and honestly anything byredo has ever done. I have this one, gypsy water, and la tulipe. my only issue is they dont last long enough but they are fabulous. i didnt even realize that sephora was carrying byredo but as a loyal sephora customer im so excited. i didnt buy my byredo perfumes from sephora, just a really big fan telling you that these fragrances are really good!

This is such a unique and beautiful scent. I’m not sure how they managed to make this smell like warmth from the sun. The marigold note to me is so interesting. I think this is one of the safer byredo blind buys. Def try it out.

I bought this in Calgary before sephora carried it, and I have gotten compliments from my family, friends and coworkers. I only spray this on my clothing and never on the skin as I have heard that it doesn't last long on the skin. on clothes however, it lasts around 6-8 hours. whenever my friends hugged me they would say that I smelled good whenever I wear this. My coworker would say that it smells like a good laundry detergent. I would say that this fragrance is good for fall and spring.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This Byredo Bal d’Afrique eau de parfum smells bright and clean. There’s also a soft creamy sweetness underneath. It’s not gourmand-sweet, more like an airy glow on skin that feels fresh and warm at the same time. This is definitely on my top 5 favorite scents and super easy to wear. I absolutely love this scent and I will definitely get the full size bottle.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] A beautiful citrus scent. The applicator worked well and provided a gentle mist. Just a warning, it comes out of the bottle smelling of chemicals, but as soon as it hits your skin it develops into a great smell with depth.

Such an incredible scent! It’s warm, fresh, and super elegant. Even though it’s light, it’s really long-lasting and stays on my skin all day. Absolutely love it!
