In seasons of high stress and nutrition deficits that contribute to anemia my hair becomes dry, porous, tangles easily and snaps at ends usually. Weekly wash days are a must. Dr Groot scalp revitalizing shampoo & in shower treatment have been a welcome addition to my haircare collection. My preference is to wet my hair, section it, work the shampoo in from scalp to ends. Massage through scalp well. Rewet and detangle section with my Unbrush. Let shampoo sit for 20 mins. Rinse well and repeat an in-shower shampoo only if needed. Apply the in-shower treatment. Smooth through, finger detangle and let sit while I shower. Rinse well. Turban towel hair dry. Immediately apply leave-in with a heat protectant brush through then style chunky twists. Low heat blow-dry each twist. Apply stylers to dry hair then flat twist. My scalp feels fortified and reset because of this product. Like any detox wash day sometimes it is necessary to follow with a moisturizing shampoo. For me that is not necessary with this set.

After trying this set I did not notice any thickening or new hairs growing from my scalp. I still did like the way the products left my hair feeling soft and looking extra shiny though!

That tight, itchy feeling I sometimes get after clarifying is totally gone. • Less Fallout: I’ve noticed significantly less hair in my brush lately. It feels like my hair is anchored better because my scalp isn't suffocating under more oil and buildup. Pros: • Gentle on my color-treated hair (no fading!). • Cooling sensation feels amazing on a tired scalp. • The volume is real—no heavy silicones weighing it down. I did find a few cons, but also nothing I personally would consider to be a deal breaker: Cons: • The nozzle on the treatment takes a second to get used to. • A bit pricier than my usual brands, but the results justify it. Bottom Line: If you have fine hair or a scalp that gets oily quickly, this is a game-changer. It’s like a detox and a volume boost in one set. Definitely worth the splurge!

I have tried everything for my husband's thinking hair, but this Dr. GROOT set is the first thing that made a visible difference. The scalp solution feels incredibly cooling and refreshing, and we've noticed way less fallout in the shower after just a few weeks of consistent use. I love this came as a 2 piece set-its the perfect way to try the system. His scalp feels 'alive' again and looks so much fuller at the roots. Definitely worth it! He has even been using it on his facial hair (mustache and goatee), he doesn't loose hair in this area but it grows patchy and he has a few spot where hair doesn't grow really, since using on this area he has noticed some growth coming in those areas where he didn't have any growth before.

so far I am liking it! I wouldn't put the conditioner directly on scalp tho as it made my hair look greasy so only apply on ends. I'm prone to this. if you have super dry roots then definitely apply there. I am liking my results I recommend this product

After using this product the last few weeks my hair feels like it’s less dry and it feels like it’s a little thicker. This product is very easy to use and also has a pleasant scent. I will continue using this due to the positive results I’m seeing. I have curly hair and it seems to be good for the curls.

I’ve def noticed a difference in my hair when I use this plus the roll-on product. I have very thin hair, and the scalp mask is a great alternative for conditioner every few days. A little goes a long way. I’ll be ordering these in full size!!

After using this product for a few weeks I think they are both good for their specific purposes. The scalp treatment helps clear impurities and leaves your scalp feeling clean and refreshed. The thickening shampoo is good for fine thin hair and helps give more volume.

This stuff is amazing!!! It smells and feels amazing and so refreshing. I have extremely thin hair that’s also pretty oily and I love the way it makes my hair feel. I received these two minis so I can’t speak on the long term effects. I’m really looking forward to purchasing the full size and seeing how my hair improves. My scalp feels so much healthier and as a result I noticed that my hair feels cleaner for way longer. This is a great way to try this product too. It’s also easy to apply.
