I absolutely love this styling system! It dries and styles my hair quickly while leaving it smooth, shiny, and frizz-free. The auto-wrap curl barrels are easy to use, and the curls last all day. The different attachments make it so versatile, and it’s surprisingly lightweight. Definitely one of my favorite hair tools

I absolutely love the Shark FlexStyle with the curling attachments! It’s much easier to use than I expected, and it gives me a smooth, bouncy blowout with curls that actually last. I also appreciate that it dries and styles my hair—it does it all.

I’m actually so impressed with the Shark Ion Curl. My curls lasted way longer than I expected, like all day without dropping, which never happens for me. One of my favorite features is the double click to pause the curl. It makes styling so much easier and gives you more control without messing up the section. And the hold-to-cool-shot feature? Game changer. It really helps lock the curl in place so it stays bouncy and defined. Overall, super easy to use and the results are chef’s kiss. Definitely worth it.

I’ve played around with this extensively before writing this review so I hope I can help you decide if this tool is for you. First off, let’s ask why you’re buying this. If for a faster method than a curling iron…I must tell you it is NOT faster. If for a multi-tool? Yes, all the attachments work great, as does just the dryer. Great all in one, so nice to have in one place. If you’re buying this because you’ve never had luck curling your hair? Nope, not a shortcut. You’ll still HAVE to use product, you’ll HAVE to learn technique, and you will have to know what words like “tension” mean and why there’s a cool shot. There’s no shortcuts, no matter how much you spend (I speak from experience) If you’re buying this for less damage, I do think it’s less hard on the hair than heat directly on it. With the new ion tech, even better. As for my results, I had to learn technique with this HOO BOY. If you’re a noob like I am, honestly set aside an evening to figure it out. Spend time with not just their videos, but other videos. Helpful tips for me: make sure hair is 80-90% dry, make sure to pull tension with the tool, and if you have stick straight hair like I do, hold or clip your curls up immediately after using the tool. And product. Companies should just toss some texture spray in these packaging, yknow? Like, it’s not a little important, it’s make or break. I gotta spray heat protection texture spray before AND hairspray after, or I can enjoy 2 seconds with my curls before we part ways. It creates soft, bouncy curls without needing an extremely high heat setting, and the curls hold well throughout the day with a little hairspray. I had wanted to try a Shark FlexStyle for such a long time, and now that I finally have one, I’m honestly obsessed. First of all, the soft lavender color is gorgeous. It reflects beautifully in the light and gives the whole tool such a glam, chic look. I also love the rotating design. With one twist, it changes from a straight styling wand into a regular hair dryer, and this is actually so convenient to use. My absolute favorite attachment is the large oval brush. I use it almost every day because it works perfectly on my thick, porous blonde hair. The bristles don’t pull or tangle my hair, and they help make it look smoother and shinier. The large size gives me a beautiful bouncy blowout with lots of volume, especially after the hair cools down. The two curling attachments also work really well, and my curls last all day. I especially appreciate being able to control the heat and airflow because my hair is already bleached and damaged, so I don’t want to expose it to unnecessary heat. I haven’t used the smoothing attachment as much because I usually prefer volume over straight hair, but it’s nice to have the option. Overall, I love how many tools this replaces. It works as a dryer, curling tool, and blowout brush all in one, which saves space, time, and money. Definitely recommend it!

I was so excited to use the Shark Flexstyle IonCurl Tool and it does not disappoint! This tool works really well for my medium length hair. It perfectly styles while drying. Such a timesaver! And, it leaves my hair feeling super smooth. I appreciate the several attachments and love the auto wrap that curls. It wraps quickly and leaves my hair with just the right amount of bounce. This system allows me to style my hair so much faster than before. It takes a few tries to learn how to use all the attachments but the results are amazing. I’ve had so many compliments on my hair. Highly recommend.

This is exactly the tool I needed for my hair. I can create different hairstyles, which I'm really excited about. I used it to create waves in my hair, and it worked perfectly. I was also able to straighten my hair by blow-drying it and using the tool to prevent and control frizz, which was fantastic. The curling and wave rollers are super easy to use; they securely wrap the hair, one for the right side and one for the left side. I really like the color, and unlike other tools from the same brand, this one isn't heavy, which makes styling my hair faster and easier. It's truly wonderful; you have to try it!
