I am a great fan of this brand and have tried different products from them already, I was very pleased with all - including this one too. The changes often occur over time, after consistent use over a few weeks - for example I used to suffer from bloating and other digestive issues, but since I focused on digestive aid supplements this has gone now. This is the kind of supplement that is worth taking a couple of times per year to balance things out.

Have been using for about a month and a half. I take at the beginning of a meal with a mushroom blend and Betaine HCl. I am less bloated and am digesting my meals better (including a major diet change), but hard to tell if it is due to these enzymes too. I’m not having any adverse reactions. Econugenics seems to be a good brand so far!

I use this in conjunction with some other products. Overall, it seems to be doing what it is supposed to. When you have been using supplements as long as I have, I find it's harder to notice improvements until you go off and discover how awful you feel when you're either no longer taking them, or you have made a change to something ineffective...
