I loved the natural sources of vitamins in this blend! I wish the container had more capsules but it seemed to do the job.

Overall, she's a big fan of this multivitamin. Fills the gaps or insufficiencies one may have in the modern day diet. A thorough approach from Ancient Nutrition to target the needs of young women in particular. Opening the bottle, there was a distinct odour which was unique compared to the Men's One Daily. There are significant differences in the selection of herbs/superfoods between the two, so the smell was interesting to compare!

From the moment I started taking this supplement I immediately noticed an effect in my energy levels and mood. It is not an extreme change but it is noticeable, because before I felt tired all day and now I have higher energy levels, which helps me to carry out my routine with less effort. I practice intermittent fasting and usually skip breakfast so this supplement is compatible with this, as I take it daily when I wake up without facing any stomach problems. I definitely recommend it. The only drawbacks are the price and size.
