I love this product. Ingredients quality is good i feel safe giving it to my daughter and husband. We use it daily during and after training. And even on a normal day out because we live in the UAE and its super hot, we add it to our water for hydration . The taste is ok but i prefer no flavor at all if they can offer it in the future.

My naturopath prescribed this to me for its high potassium content, and I was a little worried about the taste based on the reviews I saw. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it's not bad at all! I read somewhere that it tastes like Tang, which I actually disagree with. I mix half a scoop with a cup of water twice a day and it tastes quite pleasant. If you feel that the taste is too strong, try using half a scoop. It's only been a few days so I hope to start seeing benefits soon.

Quality is amazing and the ingredient is great taste and size both is good also, I like whey protein because its full with benefit and fitness and training, also diet and workout and the package is great, highly recommend it I will buy it again for sure. Its very tasty and yummy.

I love these electrolytes as they're high in potassium and low in sodium. Most people don't require extra sodium for their workouts as we get enough in our food. Taste is really good and they use malic acid in the ingredients instead of citrate which can be contaminated with mold, making it higher quality.
