I tried all flavors and this was the last flavor. I’m not fun of berries but the taste is okay, not too sweet. But I still prefer lemon rhyme flavor during sports.

One of my go to electrolytes. Great for energy and packaging is convenient to travel with. Very tasty and good hydration.
Living in a hotter climate than I'm used to makes me extra aware of my need for electrolytes when I have an extra sweaty workout. This one tastes great and seems to have better quality ingredients than your standard sports drink. One packet is the right size for a normal disposable water bottle, so it's easy to have one or two in my gym bag for when I need it.
These electrolytes are my all time favourite! Jigsaw does a couple of flavours and they are all great. Even the kids will drink these after sporting events.
Since I am a person with thyroid disease who has been hunting for answers and I have now read a book called the thyroid reset diet by christianson, I can no longer take or recommend to any friend or family member that we take any additional iodine. However, as a flavor of electrolyte formula, I do not like the berry-licious as much as I enjoy the fruit punch flavor. Noone in my family liked the berry flavor of this product.
This electrolyte berry powder is perfect for rehydrating after workouts. It has a delicious, fruity flavor and mixes easily with water. The only minor issue is the slightly artificial aftertaste. Overall, it’s an effective and tasty way to replenish electrolytes and stay hydrated.
I have been using this product for a couple years, and it is fantastic! The taste is great and the ingredients, including several minerals, even better. I also like that there is no sugar and the sweeteners used are erythritol and stevia. The packets are very ideal, as you can take extra to go! I like to combine this with "Best Vitamins" Vitamin C crystals to up my C intake.
These are my absolute favorite electrolytes. I really like the taste it this flavor as well. I’ve tried a couple flavors and this is is the best. The ingredients are high quality. I love that the sodium from real salt. The convent packets are the perfect size to take with you on the go to keep you hydrated. I like to have mine after a workout or before having a sauna. I will for sure continue to purchase this brand in the future, I definitely feel the benefits.
