Oh my gosh, I can't say enough good things about the Pickleball cocktail and how they have balanced my minerals. The combination of ingredients gives a higher mineral content than I've been able to find in any standard electrolyte mixes, and these individual packets are just so convenient, although they are a bit more plastic packaging that you cannot beat being able to grab one on the go, whether it's to sports or to work. My husband also drinks these like juice. We have limited ourselves to one or two daily because that is what is necessary for our bodies to stay hydrated while not going over the top in terms of enjoying these like candy. I gave one to a friend after we finished our marathon. He was not doing well at the time and felt like he was going to be sick. Within moments after drinking the blue raspberry flavor that I had on hand, he felt better, and he still to this day is not convinced that the ingredients are as natural as they say because, and I quote, how would it work that well then? I will order this again and again. In fact, I'm on iHerb doing this right this moment. The multiple flavors are great in terms of mixing it up, and these are really refreshing, especially with sparkling water in the summer.
