Reading the web page of this brand, I was impressed . Decided to try this calcium product to check its benefit. I hope to see improvement in bone density and knee pain.

Per the observation I have made after taking this product for almost a year, seems that this product do not leave residues of hard calcified sediments/residues. My medical condition requires for me to take calcium daily, and before, I bought calcium in a grocery stores, and because I urinate in a commode, I know with the grocery store calcium I was able to see a calcified residue in the commode, and when I started taking ancient nutrition calcium I do not see that calcified residue in the commode; I am assuming this calcium do not cause kidney stones like the other calciums did. Is my understanding that the vitamin K and D helps with that issue.

I've been taking this supplement for a while and I really like the TCM ingredients. Wish the price point is a little lower but it has quality ingredients, so I'm ok with it.

I usually prefer to not take calcium as a main or sole ingredient in a supplement. It can build up in the body- and not in a good way. But it’s been suggested that occasionally a focus on calcium is good. I think this is a pretty decent brand.

I normally been using Dr Best Calcium Bone Maker Complex with MCHCal and VitaMK7 and they were always white with beige speckles. When the last 2 containers arrived they were only whie and I was not sure if it contained calcium. Ancient Nutrition Calcium is good but a lot more expensive.
