Always on an empty stomach, for best absorption ,30 minutes at least before a main meal. Love the quality! It has many of the things that Dr. Gundry looks for and has in his own probiotic but at a better value. Is great for digestion and microphone and I can definitely notice the difference when I don’t take it. Has helped heal my gut after my Celiac diagnosis.

I like the serving frequency because I don’t have to remember multiple doses, once a day is perfect for busy schedules
