Little one would go to sleep easily but a bit late. So i decided to try this supplement to help us regulate the sleep pattern. I received these 2 days ago. Great packaging, sturdy bottle. It works...unbelievable gave it 90 minutes before bed time little one soon enough was yawning and had a good 10 hours sleep. I tried one and let me tell you, the taste was rrally great not chalky or bitter (and I do not like chocolate per se) bonus, it even worked on me. This is my review as a mom, I am not a professional or in the medical field just sharing what worked for me. So please do do your own research.

recently divorced dad with two young kids and I give them these when they come back from their mother's house. usually transition day they are wired for sound and too energetic and happy to be back that they do not sleep well. these candies work perfectly and help them get to sleep and stay asleep. the kids love them and cannot tell any difference between them and a candy you could get at the store. it doesn't leave them groggy or have any side effects either. will 100% be buying these again.

I bought these for my grandaughter, who has austism and adhd. My daughter says that they are a complete game changer. She falls asleep much easier in the evening, not at 11 or 12 at night, and is much more refreshed and calm in the morning. For the first time in her life my daughter had to wake her up in the morning. They much prefer these to the gummies but I can only buy them in the winter.

I got these because adult version was sold out but I adjusted the dose and these were great too. I just take one before bed, or one and a half if i'm having a harder time sleeping. Package is super cute and makes it fun to take melatonin, tastes great.

I guess I'm just a big kid, 'coz I like these. Taste great; just remember they're a supplement and don't eat too many. Good quality - doesn't taste like cheap chocolate

With our young son who never sleeps due to adhd I was not expecting these to work, but they did! We don't give them every night as don't want him on them full time but when he's over stimulated or had a bigger day than usual we give him one he takes it with ease and doesn't complain about the taste. Loves that it's a "chocolate" with safe ingredients and within the hour is asleep and restful instead of hyperactive. Great product for the price and great quality. I would definitely recommend for any mummas that have children that need help at times to get some proper restful sleep.

Taste great but my kids woke up very grumpy the next day. It also didn’t stop from my kids waking up in the middle of the night

My kids love the chocolate taste. They are like big blue M&Ms. My oldest doesn’t like sweets generally, but loves these still. Helps them sleep and they don’t wake up groggy.
