For some reason it is tough to find cognizin citicoline in Canada. I discovered iherb ships here - and fast!- so I have been ordering from them. This brand has a great formula. I usually take 2 pills at once. The Cognizin is the only formulation of citicoline that doesn’t give me a headache. I have it with some coffee and I feel sharp and clear minded for many hours!
I'm on my 2nd bottle of Solaray's Sharp Mind Focus. Seems to be helping with my mental clarity, but to be honest, my poor sleeping habits are not helping my mental focus.
