Really enjoyed this tea in my third trimester with its light floral flavour, was enjoyable either hot or cold. Was able to get approx. 2-3 cups of tea out of a tea bag, and was drinking this the day I went into labour. Didn't drink it regularly enough to comment on its effectiveness for labour prep.

I spent 25 dollars, full price, for this tea, which is quite pricy and just found out (when it arrived), the Best Before Date is 4th April 2024! I wouldn't have bought two packages if I knew the BBD was so short.
It took a while to find a raspberry leaf tea or blend that didn't taste like a potion, and this one has a very mild flavor that is very enjoyable! It's been very relaxing to use and drink a cup nightly, great quality ingredients (and even the tea bags themselves). Make sure to brew each bag twice (as recommended by the package instructions) to get twice as many cups per bag!
