Good quality supplement with high quality ingredients. I wish the size of it was bigger, as it is rather expensive. I will update my review once I see more benefits but so far it has been good when I take the recommended dosage. I would repurchase if I can get it on discount but I think for the normal price, it's not good value for money, even though the product is nice.

I've been giving this to multiple people to see how it helps them, but from my own personal experience and an immediate family member, I have to say I'm surprised by how well it works! For the family member, they had back pain one day. In the evening, I gave them a dose of this, then one more before bed. The next morning, they woke up pain free. This happened again with back pain and it was gone within hours and didn't return. They also had hip pain and after one dose, it was gone. Personally, I tried it for a bad sinus headache and it seemed to ease the pain. Also more recently, I was having a tedious and constant twitch/muscle spasm in my foot and nothing seems to help that, but I tried Deep Recovery on the off-chance it would help. And I think it did! In less than half an hour, it eased off and didn't come back. I'm very pleasantly surprised! The 'overwhelming' (though not in a bad way) taste is valerian, but it's not unpleasant to take. I am SO thankful to have this stuff on hand and never want to be without it!!

Seems like all great ingredients and quality, mostly organic or else wild harvested. Has a pump, which is very, very handy, especially faster than messing with a dropper and easier to measure dosage. I pump it right in my mouth and chase with water. Taste is one of the better and most tolerable tinctures I've ever tried, kinda fruity sweet tart bittersweet. I got it for tense muscles and joint support, I feel it helps, especially after the very first dose, seemed to relax muscles a bit.
