These are expensive but sooooooo yummy. It was such a treat! I bought this for a bike tour as a fun treat so I can just have my water plain (warm electrolyte water can taste kinda icky for me) OMG i would eat this on a normal day really. I wish I could afford to have it daily.
Electrolyte Hydration gummies were strongly recommended for my 95 year old mother by her physicians. She takes 2 - 3 daily and seems to enjoy the flavor.
the gummies have a nice sweet-salty taste, I'm not sure wether there's enough electrolytes according to the ingredients, but there are some.
I really like this but because of the hot weather in Malaysia it melts and gets stuck together easily so you have to keep in the fridge. Bought this for the fun of chewing actually. Love all trace products.

These gummies taste delicious and help me stay hydrated and energized throughout the day. They’re especially helpful when I’m feeling fatigued or dehydrated. I like that they contain real electrolytes and minerals without a ton of sugar or artificial flavors. The texture is soft and chewy, and I actually look forward to taking them. It tastes like a sweet an salty watermelon candy.

These are quite nice in flavour they are only mildly salty & are kinda like gatorade salty not too much salty flavoured. I've only used 1 day but so far I like them.
good quality ingredients. taste pleasant. size of pill is good and is benefit for all age groups. like the package size too.I have not noticed any improvement so far but not having it too frequently as well. Good supplement.
My family doesn't like these. But I do! The kids think they are gross. I eat one or two before and after every run I do. I think they help!
