electrolytes are essential to use after activity, so i make sure to implement this into my supplement regime after each workout. The quality is satisfactory. I like that it lasts for a long time so I dont have to think about replenishing it often.

Electrolytes were really helpful for me this summer after workouts. I no longer feel the intense thirst I used to. I still drink plenty of water, but now it doesn’t feel like it’s too much. I also like the format — these electrolytes come in tablets, which is much more convenient than mixing powder. They also have no flavor, which I really appreciate since I don’t like flavored supplements.

I sweat a lot and I take from time to time electrolytes. I am not really sure if it helped me a lot after training. I wouldn't rush to buy it again, I wouldn't reject it either though.
