I didn’t notice immediate changes, but after about a month of consistent use, I can say this supplement is working. The effects are gradual, but the improvement in my health is real. Stick with it if you’re looking for long-term results.
I definitely recommend it. Helps my daughter to reduce the stress and tension. She takes each time 2 peels at a time, as per the recommended dose. She finds this supplement very helpful. I've already reordered.
I have used all of the ingredients in this separately so figured I would try the blend. I tried taking just one pill one night when I couldn't sleep but that didn't help; I should have taken the recommended two pills. I'm glad I'm trying it and it I'll keep it on hand, but I'm not sure yet if this is something I'll be reordering.
