Bought this for blood sugar control but still need to test so will update later..... but this company is great as i bought other supplements before so i expect good quality
This has been a helpful addition to my supplement routine. I feel less bloated after meals and plan to keep taking it regularly.
I found several recommendations online that said using enzymes like this on an empty stomach is good for ovarian cysts and the resultant pain.. I have not taken these consistently enough to remark on that, but I do think it's worth trying if you're in the same boat. Also be sure to check into castor oil packs on the abdomen, bioidentical progesterone cream, serrapeptase enzymes, and chickweed herb extract! All of those things helped me a lot!
