These are one of my favorites although taking 8 a day is a bit much. I only take 4 and can feel the difference. Best value clean product I know of.

This is my 2nd bottle of this Multivitamin Plus with Cognition, Liver, and Vision support Blend from Seeking Health. I have been pleased with the quality of their products. I just take one capsule every few days to supplement my food. Suprised to find that it also contains extracts of Ashwagandha, Gotu Kola, Siberian Ginsen, Bacopa, Ginkgo Biloba.

good quality range of ingredients but way too many capsules!! just give a more potent dose in less.

The portion is huge, so i just tend to have a few caps a day. They get the black flecks in them if left out tho..i think from oxidation.. would buy again tho

Been taking this for a couple of years. This is the best multi vitamin on the market. With not much nutrients in the food chain these days this multi is an insurance to help with delivering the missing essentials my body needs. I only take 2-3 a day. Thank you to Dr.Lynch for his research, love his products.
