These electrolyte tablets were okay — they did the job. The flavour was decent, I wouldn’t say I felt a huge difference, but on days I was feeling low on energy or a bit dehydrated, they seemed to help

Glad to find hydration tablets without added artificial sugar! These are taken with a big cup of water, and it's been working well for me as added electrolytes. Regular water(or whatever) tastes way better than the powdered ones. Good quality, very pleased.
