Great ingredients, very good taste! I wish there was a bigger sized package! It's phenomenal for hydration and gives me an energy boost when it was too hot for me. I was looking for electrolytes without added sugars - Nature's Truth Electrolytes are what I wanted! It's good to get enough fluid in water, but electrolytes in between drinking water makes a big difference!

I used to take them in the summer, to aid my heat fatigue. I would always feel great after taking them. It's a bit of a hassle to measure every dose separately, but worth it.

I know it probably saves some cost and single use plastics but I do wish this came with a scoop or the option to add one on or combine with order. maybe I'm just too accustomed to that convenience. otherwise pretty great. a little difficult to get those minerals that attempt to stick to the bottom and sides of the glass or water bottle. requires some extra swishing.

I like that it has no artificial sweetener or flavors. But, the flavor is not great. Also, I wish it had more potassium and more b-comlkex. It doesn't really seem to deliver for hydration compared to other products I've tried.

I use an electrolyte daily and this one is good tasting and does the job. B vitamins are the icing on the cake because who doesn’t need those.

i feel so hydrated after using this and i love that its sugar free! it tastes just like a lemonade, and it is on the sour side. the only negative thing i have to say is that the jar doesn’t lasts for long and it is quite pricy for the size of the product… although i did repurchase!

The quality is so clean and straight to the point, the taste is so good lemony but not too lemony were you will have a heart burn lol the ingredients are full of the minerals that the body needs , i wish the size is a little bigger cause it’s so good so one of this lasts me about 20 to 30 days , plus because it’s lemon flavored you can add it to any kind of fluid, and it actually helped with the hydration sooo muchh for me
