I fractured my spine and am taking a bone-health product and it was recommended to me to take strontium citrate in conjunction but not at the same time. The calcium first and then a few hours later the strontium. My spine is healing. I make no claims…just hope.

I take this form of Strontium on the recommendation of my General Practitioner. I believe that it works to maintain good bone health in my older age. I have 2 yearly bone densitometry tests and the results support this.

This kind of strontium is essential for bone building. I take it separately from calcium. It also needs to take with D3 and K2 just like calcium. I take one pill/day.
I can't say it worked in a measurable way but based on my knowledge about mineral balancing it's not too smart to take too much calcium without balancing it with a bit of strontium. This is a cheap product but it is from Solaray so I think it's quality stuff
These were so easy to take and the capsule sizes were just right for me. I wish the strontium in each capsule was slightly higher so that I can take fewer capsules daily. I was happy with the quality of it because I didn't experience any adverse reactions. I would buy this again if there was a larger quantity bottle.
