I use this pre workout and quite like the taste. It does make my hands and face tingle after a few minutes of taking it but if you don't mind that (which I don't) it does the job.

I tried this pre-workout supplement a few times before training, and I definitely felt its effects in a short time. About 20–30 minutes after consumption, I started to feel more alert and energized, which helped me enter the workout with a higher focus and a stronger drive than usual. The taste is not perfect, but it is definitely acceptable – not too chemical and mixes well with water. I did not experience any side effects like shaking or feeling jittery, which sometimes happens to me with other products. The pump during training was noticeable, and my endurance improved mainly during intense exercises. In terms of composition – the doses of caffeine, beta-alanine, and citrulline malate seem balanced, and this is also noticeable in the field. Overall, an effective product, does the job, and enhances the workout without feeling too "overdone."

I struggle to stay energised in the gym - and have tried so many pre workouts - this is the only one that has worked for me. I take two scoops and after about 15minutes I can feel it kick it - I get a full workout done and there is no crash afterwards. Totally worth the price - I will be buying again! Taste is fine - I down it so it doesnt really matter what it tastes like to me. Packaging is neat and small. I just always feel the benefits of taking this.
