I love this stuff, it really helps me get to sleep without the dangers & hangover of prescription sleeping pills. Update in Nov. 2022….. I have been using this for several years now. It calms me when my IBS is giving me trouble, but, is not a heavy drug so does not help if my IBS is bad. Most of the time it makes me able to go to sleep within an hour. Sometimes, I will take another pill if I wake up after 3 hours or more & can’t go back to sleep. It does not leave me with any kind of hangover or grogginess. Some sleep aids I have tried give me swelling of my eyes, but this one gives me none of that.size,ingredient and quality excellent!!!
