Very thick cream that you need to melt in your hands in order to apply. I tried to use it in different ways, every time taking less and less of the substance, but still I wasn't happy with the result. It gives greasiness to your hair no matter how much you take (obviously the more you take the more greasiness you will receive), so after a few fruitless attempts I threw it in a dumpster. The scent is so-so.

Like it was housed on the floor somewhere. I cleaned both jars and opened them. No seal of any kind. One jar actually has the dirt inside! Both jars have very dry product inside. To be honest I had too much going on so I just threw them both in the trash instead of fighting iherb about it. I clearly see why the price is so cheap.

It doesn't melt easily unless you warm it well in your palms. It might be better to melt it with the heat of a hairdryer. When the temperature is low, it's difficult to get out, so I keep it in a warm room. If you put on a little too much, you'll feel oiliness on your hands when you touch your hair. It's quite thick. It seems best to use a small amount, melt it well, and then apply it to wet hair. I have thick, coarse, dry, curly hair, so it suits me. I think it might be too greasy for people with soft, fine hair. The scent doesn't seem very strong.

I bought this butter-type hair styling product because I thought it was unusual, but it has good hold and the scent is unlike anything I've ever had before, which is the best thing! If you put too much on in hot weather, it will get sticky with sweat, but it's great when you want some hold! It comes in a large amount, so it won't run out easily!

Good for styling, nice smell. Makes hair more vital. Would buy again.
