easy to eat, maybe too easy to take. I got this because it was sugar free. still very sweet. I took them but I couldn't find any difference, but U think that is normal. U do like these better than that of full of sugars.

Flavor was good but milder than I was expecting. They stuck to my teeth more than other gummy vitamins. Not sure if these are better than sublingual B12.
