Unexpected benefit
Bought this for my husband for sleep benefit. I read a recent study identifying Black Seed Oil to help with sleep. He started taking and saw no benefit for sleep. But...his shoulder and neck got much better! He was already scheduled to see an orthopedist. I know that one of the benefits is lowering inflammation so this must have been what happened. Either way, he's going to keep taking it.

Disappointing Experience
I had high hopes for the Solaray Vital Extracts Black Seed supplement, especially with the guaranteed 3% Thymoquinone content. Unfortunately, after using it for a while, I didn’t notice any meaningful difference in how I felt.
The product seems high quality and I appreciate that it's vegan and lab-tested for purity, but in terms of real benefits for circulation or joint comfort, it just didn’t deliver for me. Overall, quite disappointing given the expectations.

I have not used this long enough to know if it will help with my blood pressure but the studies on Black Seed and blood pressure indicate it has a lowering effect, which I am after. I will need to use it for a couple of months to know if it has the effect I was looking for....
