A good vitamin D, to be taken with calcium. It's a good size.

The quality is decent, the ingredients are natural, the size of the capsules is not large, the packaging is convenient. Vitamin D 3 is necessary for health. The dosage is quite large, so I only took 1 capsule per day for three weeks.

Good vitamin D3 in a convenient form. The capsules are small and easy to take. I took them to maintain my vitamin D levels during the fall and winter, and I felt better and less tired. I liked that they were vegetarian capsules. A high-quality product, I'll be ordering more.

If you wish not to sleep or have really bad and fragmented sleep, take this product with Vitamin K2. This vitamin D3 is too strong especially when I take it with the Carlson's Complete K2. It totally wrecks your deep and REM sleep which i think in the long run its not worth it. Better to get vitamin D3 from early morning sun exposure. I would only use this when I'm travelling and need to stay up really late or have some night activities
