These capsules are easily swallowed and are amazingly good at providing relief from cold and flu symptoms. Taken as directed-2 every 3 hours, they ease symptoms and definitely shortens the length of time the cold/flu lasts. I think it works! Helped me fend off an infection for day. I think I failed in drinking throughout though! And I also feel like it only works when you're about to get sick and you shouldn't drink it when you're full-blown sick.
