I have read nothing but good things about this and as soon as I get the coconut butter to mix and make suppositories, I will use it. I am taking a vitamin with same herbs and it is helping me.

This is a 4 oz. bag and love the herb combination. I trust Dr. Christopher and am a longtime consumer of his products. Happy that Iherb carries this!

I was very comfortable with it and loved it. You feel that the ingredients were worked on. It is only for soaking, not for drinking. I put a spoonful in warm water for 20 or 30 minutes. It is amazing and sterilizes, but not every day. Once a week or once every two weeks. The bag is very small, meaning the quantity is small.

I like the ingredients in Christopher's products. I suspect they were probably more potent and effective awhile back, but I'll take what I can get... While thick mylar bags are great for long term storage, for powder, you really need to have a good dispenser. If you do, the challenge is to get it into the dispenser without getting the powder stuck in the zipper seal crevices'..

I don't know how to use it yet, but I feel like it might come in handy.

I like that it contains unusual herbs that I wouldn't normally buy myself. However, I'm not sure about the recommended dosage, so I've been taking one teaspoon on an empty stomach, but my bowel movements have noticeably increased, so I think I'll reduce the amount slightly.

Smallish bag but a little goes a long way. Bought two.

I have yet to use it but from the reviews it seems good, I hope it works!
