Very high-quality melatonin from Kirkman. In order to fall asleep faster and have better sleep, for me, an adult, 1.5 mg, halves, is enough. Previously, I took 1 mg of this company and that was enough. Last time I took 3 mg, since 1 mg was not available. The taste is acceptable, the size, considering that this is a drug that dissolves in the mouth, does not matter. But I do not give 5 stars for the taste.
NOTE: mY original review is below this one so you can see why I’ve changed my mind. Initially when I bought this product it said chocolate flavoured chew so like most kids chocolate chew products I expected it to look like chocolate which it does not. At first my kids hated it. But I managed to get one of them to try it and she now asks for her chocolate sleep medicine! Since one of them likes it the other has to copy so now one takes it regularly while the other will take it twice a week or so which I’m happy with. I’d recommend this product as long as your kids like white chalky chews with an chocolate flavour The description says “chocolate” and chewable, this product doesn’t look like chocolate at all and that was the reason I bought it, they look like white pills so my kids won’t have a bar of it. They need to make it clear that it’s not a chocolate, only chocolate flavoured
