I'd used this multi for years because it had no methyl donors and also didn't contain vitamin A or D or K2 (which I supplement in specific forms separately). But I discovered when ordering this recently that Kirkman changed the type of folate to L/6S-5-MTHF-Ca. This is a real blow to anyone who must avoid methyl donors and has been relying on the old version of this multi.

This is one of the only multis I tolerate. My diet is rich in vit A plus I take prescription vitamin D so don't require more. I don't tolerate choline nor the methylated forms of B vitamins. High doses of most supplemented vitamins and minerals, especially iodine, are also not tolerable. But I have an expressing genetic mutation that means I need more B6. So in all those ways Kirkman's Super Nu-Thera Without A&D is pretty ideal. I do wish either hydroxocobalamin or adenosylcobalamin was used instead of cyanocobalamin for the B12. And there are a few vitamins and minerals not included in this formula that I require but those can easily be supplemented separately.
