High quality, a good size in a practical package. There’s no scent. I needed something in place of a bra with no straps at all. The package has some small pictures of examples of how to use it. I was a bit nervous and It took a couple tries to get the hang of how to put it on, but once it’s on it stays put and is supportive the whole day. Even for a big chest it’s great.

I've used it for a special evening, and it held on throughout the whole event which lasted more than 10 hours. the silicone nipple covers are easy to use, both for putting on and off, while the tape should be taken off with the help of some oil maybe which I didn't do and then had small ruptures on my skin, so please be careful and follow the instructions!
