Fine ingredients, and recommended dosage is two tablets a day. These tablets are very large to swallow. I can manage with a big swallow of water, but many people could have trouble getting this tablet down easily, and it may need to be crushed, so the taste is questionable. However I am continuing dosage, and hope for re-growth of my hair which has been thinning for some months. I also use a topical regrowth spray.
