At first after using it I did not notice any relief for my bloating ( which is why i purchased for my bloating) but after consistent use and dietary changes i notice some bloating relief. I would not buy it again though , not worth the money

Hyperbiotics is a great brand. It does not need to be refrigerated. The container has tiny capsules to take as needed and it works. It is just expensive.

My digestion has improved significantly, and I feel much more comfortable throughout the day. This has made a huge difference in my overall quality of life. I no longer experience the constant discomfort I used to, and my energy levels have also improved. It feels great to go about my day without worrying about digestive issues.

I bought it for often feeling bloated after meals and it works almost immediately. as soon as I feel I have that heavy feeling after eating I take. Works as it should ;)
