These are so handy because they are chewable, so you can take some with you when you go out, and discreetly chew a couple before your meal. I have others in capsule form, but I always feel awkward taking "pills" in front of others because if I'm seen putting pills in my mouth, then it leaves the other people to wonder what I'm taking. And if I tell people what I'm taking, that's a little too much information for a nice dinner out. They seem to work well, I would say they help 50% with reducing after meal bloating, which doesn't seem like a lot, but I have tried several digestive enzymes by different brands, and I found that none of them made any difference at all.
