Don't buy this brand of green lipped mussel. They are fart food! Make you very uncomfortable after taking regularly for a few days. Severe gassiness. I presume it's the alfalfa component, as I have taken other brands with no problems. Disappointing as I only bought this brand because my usual was out of stock.

I've literally been taking it for three days. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my fingers and am taking medication, but it hasn't improved, and the pain just barely persists.
